LERITE
Ready to use free flowing white dry powder for glass frosting.

APPLICATION
Liquor bottle, cosmetic bottle, table ware, lampshades and flat glass can be frosted with LERITETM.  Treatment is appropriate for clear soda lime glass, colored glass, opal glass and crystal glass. 
Borosilicate glass can not be etched with a standard frosting bath.

GLASS TREATMENT
Before frosting, it is necessary to check if the glass surface has received some specific treatment at the end of the production line.

• Use of hydrochloride acid, less dangerous than hydrofluoric acid.
• Fluorides level reduction in frosting bath (around 50% less compared to a mixture 50/50 ammonium bifluoride and HF 55%).
  
  
  No Product is wasted.  LERITE bath do not require replacement after use.  Regular replenishment at its initial level maintain its efficiency

Lerite is available in three different grades.

• Lerite SX 13 - Matte Finish
• Lerite SX 20 - Shiny Finish
• Lerite SX 55 - Good Finish

Depending on type of finish and application above grades can be selected.
